soft was created to help you deprogram from neurotypical standards, and learn to build a life that meets your unique needs. In the app, you'll find a library of gentle neural practices where you'll learn to soothe your nervous system, develop a greater sense of self worth, and gently support yourself through meltdowns and burnout. Plus, our weekly astrology forecasts help you prepare for the week ahead, so you can move through life with more calm and clarity. Your soft membership also includes courses to help you set better boundaries and create healthier friendships, ease through burnout,

become or remain regulated, and more.

{Make Friends}

soft features a 24/7 zoom room where you can hang out with other NDs for body doubling, conversation, or to simply be in a space where people understand you. We host monthly events on our zoom- like Karaoke, Ask Me Anything sessions with soft's Resident Psychologist, Astrologer, or Creator, and more.

 

The soft app also contains themed chat rooms where you can connect with other NDs over a variety of shared interests and needs.

Your membership to soft includes a 21 day course to help you get clear on what lights you up, and to then work toward monetizing it. We host events in our zoom room to answer your questions about starting a biz or side hustle, and starting in Summer 2025, the soft podcast will feature stories from ND entrepreneurs who have learned to create successful businesses that center around what they need - so that you can see what's possible for you, too.
